Rabies Vaccination is required for cats and dogs per Connecticut State Law.1 If proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination can not be provided, your pet will be vaccinated during its first visit.
Please bring all your pet’s available medical records to your first appointment as certain factors (office hours, etc.) may prevent us from obtaining this information from your previous veterinarian and necessitate rescheduling your appointment.
Alternatively, you may need to contact your previous veterinarian to request the records be sent to us. Please call us at 203-378-8276 prior to your appointment to make sure we have received them.
If hospitalization is deemed necessary for your pet, supplementary vaccines or diagnostic services (blood work, etc.) may be required in accordance with our hospital policies. A veterinarian will discuss such details at that time.
